To the Editor:

The Princeton Recreation Department Staff and Board would like to thank Princeton resident Steve Allen and Blue Curtain Productions for their extraordinary efforts in bringing talented musicians to Princeton for free concerts at the Community Park North Amphitheater. These summer concerts are a crucial element of the recreation offerings for our community, and because of Blue Curtain’s efforts these concerts meet the criteria for what I believe is the best type of recreation; fun, free and family-oriented.

Blue Curtain has magically delivered world-class artists to our tiny amphitheater year after year, with little or no fanfare for their efforts. Speaking for the Recreation Department Staff and the Recreation Board, we sincerely thank Steve Allen and Blue Curtain Productions.
