Former Borough Mayor Mildred Trotman Supports Bonnie Watson Coleman for Congress

To the Editor:

On Tuesday, November 4 I urge all of you to vote for Democrat Bonnie Watson Coleman for Congress as she will continue the progressive record of Rush Holt and work tirelessly to represent all of us in Washington. She understands deeply the needs and concerns of the people of Princeton since she represented us for 14 years in the State Assembly, and continued to represent our concerns and visit Princeton even after the districts were redrawn. Her proven leadership as chair of the Assembly Appropriations Committee, as majority leader of The General Assembly, different legislation she sponsored, and her consistent voting record on those issues that define us as a party are above reproach.

I hope you will vote Democratic down the line and re-elect Jo Butler and Bernie Miller for Princeton Council as they have both shown tremendous dedication to making Princeton’s consolidation a success, and continue to exercise their expertise and attention to detail as they deliberate to make Princeton work for all of us.

Mildred T. Trotman
