Princeton Tonight Welcomes Iconic Musician Art Garfunkel

Art Garfunkel, one of the most celebrated voices in American music, will perform at Princeton University’s Richardson Auditorium on Tuesday, December 13 at 4:30 p.m.

Garfunkel, along with his former partner Paul Simon, has received numerous awards and critical acclaim for his music, including 5 Grammy awards, the prestigious Britannia Award, Rolling Stone’s Best Album of the Year notation, and a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

At Richardson, Garfunkel will play a selection of songs, present literary excerpts from his upcoming memoir, and entertain questions from audience members.

All tickets for this event are free of charge and will be released to the general public after they have been distributed to Princeton students, faculty, and staff. Should tickets remain, the general public may reserve tickets through the University Ticketing website (http://tickets.princeton.edu) beginning at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 12.

Should the event sellout, a standby line will be formed outside of Richardson on the day of the event (doors open at 4 p.m.). Attendees must be seated no later than 4:20 p.m. Seats that are not claimed by that time will be released to the standby line.

Princeton University students should contact the University Ticketing Office in the Frist Campus Center. Distribution for Princeton students will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 5. Tickets will become available to Princeton faculty and staff beginning at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7.
