As it nears its 100th birthday, State Theatre New Jersey is issuing an open call for members of the public to “Share Your Story.” Audiences such as this one at “Get the Led Out” have been attending performances at the New Brunswick theater since 1921. Those with anecdotes to relay can upload a written story, photo, and/or video to STNJ.org/Explore/Share-Your-Story. Patrons can also share memories on social media by using #STNJ100. Each month, leading up to the 100th anniversary in December 2021, State Theatre will select stories from the submissions to feature on its website and on social media channels.
