“Small Paintings” Exhibit At Gourgaud Gallery

“SMALL PAINTINGS”: A new exhibit featuring the work of several Gourgaud Gallery Committee members will be on view at the Gourgaud Gallery in Cranbury October 1 through October 25.

The Gourgaud Gallery, located on the first floor of Town Hall, 23-A North Main Street in Cranbury, will present an exhibit called Small Paintings,featuring the work of several of the Gourgaud Gallery Committee (GGC) members, from Friday, October 1 through Monday, October 25. The show will consist of unframed, matted, small-scale paintings ranging in price from $25 to 75. No piece will be larger than 11×14.

The GGC strives to bring new, exciting exhibits to the Gallery, which features a new exhibit each month, open to all. The GGC also offers musical soirees, poetic and dramatic readings, film screenings, lectures, and classes.

The GGC is run by volunteers interested in the arts. As part of the nonprofit Cranbury Arts Council, the Gourgaud Gallery donates 20 percent of art sales to the Cranbury Arts Council and its programs that support the arts in the community. For more information, visit CranburyArtsCouncil.org.
