American Ballet Theatre’s (ABT) Fall Gala at the David H. Koch Theatre at New York’s Lincoln Center on October 24 will feature Cassandra Trenary and Calvin Royal in the pas de deux from Kenneth Macmillan’s “Romeo and Juliet,” among other ballet excerpts danced by members of the company.
