Philadelphia Ballet Presents Angel Corella’s “Giselle”
BALLET AT ITS MOST CLASSICAL: Philadelphia Ballet’s version of the classic ballet “Giselle” comes to the Academy of Music February 29-March 10.
Philadelphia Ballet will stage the classic ballet Giselle, in a version by artistic director, Angel Corella, at Philadelphia’s Academy of Music from February 29 to March 10. Tickets for all performances start at $25.
A ballet masterpiece, Giselle is about love, betrayal and redemption.
“With Giselle, I sought to honor the ballet’s rich heritage while infusing it with a contemporary vitality that resonates with today’s audiences,” said Corella, “It’s a privilege to bring this iconic piece to life and share my vision with the incredible patrons of Philadelphia Ballet.”
