Eden Autism Services’ Annual Dreams Gala

Eden Autism Services will launch a yearlong 40th anniversary celebration at the benefit gala, “Eden Dreams, A Ruby in Winter: Reflections of a Rich Life,” on January 17 at 6 p.m. The Hyatt Regency Princeton will be transformed according to an “Aspen Chic” theme. Guests will be able to stroll through salons to sample and preview fragrances, chocolates, and malt scotch along with fine jewelry and exotic cars.

“A Ruby in Winter,” reflects Eden’s anniversary and its mission. The gemstone is typically associated with a 40th anniversary. Rubies are also signifiers of love, strength, and protection. “Reflections of a Rich Life” embodies Eden’s mission to empower individuals with autism to live a rich and rewarding life. Area businesses that frequently employ Eden graduates will be honored with awards. Among these businesses are Miele, Inc. and Wawa.

Guests of the gala will have the opportunity to meet leaders in the fashion and auto industries such as Merrill Long (Worth New York), Steven Waldie (Interstate Motorsport), Jolly Bansal (Tobacco Leaf International), and representatives from Trunk Club, Birnn Chocolates, Kudra Furs, Laura Mercier Cosmetics, and Jo Malone London. In addition, event sponsor Hamilton Jewelers will provide guests with the opportunity to try on extravagant pieces of jewelry.

Champagne lovers can raise a glass with TODAY Show contributor, Maureen Petrosky, who will host a champagne tasting in one of the salons. Petrosky is the author of “The Wine Club” and “The Cocktail Club.” She is also a resident of Bucks County. Petrosky recently returned from Washington D.C. where she served on the 2014 Holiday Decorating Committee for the White House.

This year’s silent auction items include tickets to the Men’s Finals of the French Open in Paris, along with designer goods from Victoria Beckham, Celine, and Dolce and Gabbana.
