The Route 206 stone masonry arch bridge over Stony Brook, New Jersey’s oldest bridge carrying highway traffic, re-opened — no trucks — Sunday, after the New Jersey Department of Transportation completed emergency repairs, including the colorful portable dam that was installed around the footing of the bridge.
