Talk at Farmers’ Market Recounts County History

Why is Old York Road located where it is? Why are the streets of Clinton laid out as they are? Why did North Hunterdon County see so little activity during the American Revolution? These questions and more will be answered by geologist John Allen at Hunterdon Land Trust’s Farmers’ Market on Sunday, June 26 at 10:30 a.m.

The program will be held in the wagon house of the Dvoor Farm, located at 111 Mine Street in Raritan Township. The Farmers’ Market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The program is free, but advance registration is suggested by calling (908) 237-4582 or emailing judy@hunterdonlandtrust.org.
