Off the Wall Holiday Market at WW Arts
“TREVI FOUNTAIN, ITALY”: This painting by Robert Hazzon is offered in West Windsor Arts’ Annual Off the Wall Holiday Market, running through December 23.
West Windsor Arts presents its annual Off the Wall Holiday Market through December 23, highlighting more than 100 original and affordable artworks and hundreds of handcrafted items made by artisans including jewelry, accessories, ceramics, and one-of-a-kind items for the home.
New this year is a special focus on supporting November as Arts and Health month. Shoppers can encourage healthy hearts with purchases from a special pop-up section of donated artwork.
Funds raised will support the construction of a new Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton. This project is a continuation of West Windsor Arts’ relationship with RWJBarnabas Health, Hamilton. In the past West Windsor Arts has collaborated on projects such as Art Kits for a Cause and providing musicians to perform in their cancer treatment facility.
Artists donated work for this special fundraising project by taking on the challenge to create art with the theme of “Whoever your heart beats for, our hearts beat for you” (RWJBarnabas Health Cardiac Care). One hundred percent of the artist’s portion of the sale will go to the Cardiac Care unit. This part of the Off the Wall Holiday Market opens on Sunday, November 19 and will be available throughout the show, while art lasts.
West Windsor Arts welcomes visitors to Off the Wall on the following dates: November 18, 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. — WWA members only shopping spree; November 19, 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. — Opening Day, everyone is welcome for in-person shopping; November 25, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. — special Thanksgiving weekend shopping day; and December 3 and 4, December 10 and 11, and December 17 and 18 from 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. each day.
