NASSAU STREET LOSING A FAMILIAR FACE: Micawber Books, the Nassau Street mainstay for a quarter century, will close its doors in March 2007 as part of a major retail overhaul of that segment of Princeton Borough's Central Business District. Micawber owners and Princeton University officials announced Monday that Labyrinth Books, an independent franchise, will move into the space currently occupied by Foot Locker, and the U-Store will open a satellite apparel location in a portion of the Children's Place and Micawber's new books store by the fall of 2007. The University has purchased the lease of Micawber's used books outfit, but no tenant has yet been identified.
