Members of the Princeton Environmental Commission will attend the public presentation of the Draft Environmental Resource Inventory by the Delaware River Valley Planning Commission (DRVPC) on Thursday, June 12, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Mountain Lakes House, 57 Mountain Avenue. The public is invited to learn more about Princeton’s natural and cultural resources. Events include an indoor/outdoor picnic (bring your own sandwiches and salads; the Environmental Commission will provide seating, entertainment, cold beverages, and dessert), which will take place on the patio and lawn overlooking the lakes at 6 p.m; the presentation of the PEC’s third annual Sustainable Princeton Leadership Awards at 7 p.m. followed by the presentation of the draft Environmental Resource Inventory for the two Princetons. Ed Tseng, Founder, Tennis Solutions/Tseng Performance, will be the guest speaker at the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce “Business Before Business” Networking Breakfast Meeting on Wednesday, June 18, at the Nassau Club, 6 Mercer Street. The meeting will begin with registration, networking. and a buffet breakfast at 7:30 a.m. followed by the program, adjourning at 9:15 a.m. Cost to attend is $20 for Chamber members and $30 for non members. The Spirit of Princeton will observe Flag Day (June 14) with a ceremony on Friday, June 13 at noon at Princeton Township Hall. American flags may be brought to the event to be properly retired.
