School Budget and Second Question Are Passed By Voters
Results from this year's school elections came in at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19. The $67 million budget for the 2005-2006 school year in the Princeton Regional Schools passed, with 1,253 Princeton residents voting in favor of the budget, and 699 residents voting against it.
The $1.9 million second ballot question, which will fund additional programming in the district beyond the state's spending cap, passed narrowly by 1,085 votes in favor, and 868 against it.
All three incumbent candidates for School Board - Micheal Mostoller, Walter Bliss, and Jeffrey Spear - were re-elected to another three-year term.
