BraunIf Princeton decides to become a Special Improvement
District (SID), it could look forward to attracting more retailers
and visitors while establishing a goal the whole community could
work toward, according to the Downtown Business Advisory Team
(DBAT) that spoke to the Princeton community on Wednesday, July

HershEight Princeton families and homeowners have filed
a lawsuit with the New Jersey Superior Court challenging the Princeton
Township Zoning Board's approval of variances that would allow
a jazz club to be built on the lot currently occupied by Mike's
Tavern at the corner of Bayard Lane and Birch Avenue. Matthew Hersh Princeton
Borough's $13.7 million downtown redevelopment project is at the
heart of an appeal submitted to the State Supreme Court seeking
to reverse two court rulings allowing the construction to continue.
