Kristine
Watson and Scott Hankins
Watson-Hankins. Kristine Elisabeth Watson, daughter of Ronald and Beth Watson of Skillman, to Scott William Hankins, son of Barbara Pannone of Fort Myers, Fla.
The Rev. David A. Davis performed the July 17 ceremony at Nassau Presbyterian Church. Kate Malone, friend of the bride, Doug Watson, brother of the bride, and Laura Hankins, sister of the groom, attended the couple. Amanda Johnson was the soloist. Kevin Christensen, Hugh Marble, Ralph Scholten, and Damien Smith served as ushers. A reception at the Nassau Club followed the ceremony.
The bride's father retired as CEO of Custodial Trust, a Bear Stearns subsidiary; he is currently a finance professor at Drexel University. Her mother teaches French at Timberlane Middle School in Pennington.
The groom's mother, a registered nurse, is a labor and delivery room nurse in Fort Myers.
The bride graduated from Princeton High School and the University of Chicago. She has a master's degree in statistics from Rutgers University. The groom graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he also received a master's degree in economics.
The couple met at the University of Florida in Gainesville where they are doctoral candidates in finance and economics.
