Town Talk

A forum for Princeton residents to express opinions about local and national issues

Question of the Week:

“How do you feel about all the snow?”

“Woman’s lacrosse practice has started and there is only one field to practice on. All the sports have to share one field so it’s been a bit frustrating this week.”

Charlotte Davis, Princeton University class of 2013

“It gives everyone a great opportunity to slow down, relax and enjoy the town and not always be work, work, work ….”

Joe Claffey, Lawrenceville

“It’s been fantastic, wonderful! I am from California it’s really novel, and great fun!”

Liesl Yamaguchi, Princeton

“Best part has been sledding with the children. We are hoping the lake will freeze so we can go skating!”

Ritu Harrison, Princeton

“It’s been great to have time off from school!”

Brad Mills, Princeton

“We’re seniors and it was the first time ever for us that classes were closed on Wednesday. Everything shut down for the day. We have built a lot of really cool snowmen and igloos! But, then we got an email from the University saying that igloos are dangerous so we had to stop building igloos. It’s been a lot of fun!”
