There will be a second day of temporary closure of S. Tulane Street and Lincoln Court on Wednesday, February 18. Work is expected to begin at 7 a.m. and finish at 3 p.m. During this time period, accommodations will be made for delivery and emergency vehicles as necessary. People who have parking arrangements on South Tulane Street will be able to park in their normal spaces in the morning.
