ITS ALL HAPPENING AT THE Y: Philadelphia Zoo educator Samantha Schwab recently showed a box turtle named Dot to children at the YWCA Princetons Child Care Center at Valley Road School. The Zoo on Wheels visit was sponsored by the ROCKETS (Raising Our Childrens Knowledge by Educating Through Science) program of the Junior League of Greater Princeton. The Child Care Center is a nursery school and day care facility, with special emphasis on developing English-language skills. Most of the children receive scholarship assistance. Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele and Princeton University Professor Eddie Glaude sat down together Monday for a public conversation on campus.
