Princeton Township Committeeman Chad Goerner and municipal planning director Lee Solow will conduct a community discussion tonight, June 6, at 7:30 p.m. at Township Hall focusing on alternative tools for neighborhood preservation, including the possibility of neighborhood conservation district designation. The discussion follows a May 30 Princeton Township Historic Preservation Commission endorsement of a study that would create a historic district comprised of 34 houses on Deer Path and Clover Lane in the Littlebrook section of Princeton Township. Barry Rabner, CEO of Princeton HealthCare System, will be the guest speaker for "The New Hospital: Future of Healthcare" presentation at 11 a.m. on June 13 at Princeton Windrows independent retirement community at 2000 Windrow Drive in Princeton. Princeton Public Library will stay open late next week to help Princeton High School students study for final exams. Tickets are now on sale for a performance by the Princeton High School Studio Band in celebration of its 30th anniversary on Saturday, June 16, at 8 p.m. in the Trego-Biancosino Auditorium of the Princeton Performing Arts Center at the high school. A reception will follow the performance. Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for students and senior citizens, and are reserved and in limited quantities. Proceeds benefit the band program.
