A forum for Princeton residents to express opinions about local and national issues

Question of the Week:

“What is your favorite holiday movie; how long has it been your favorite, and what makes it special for you?”

Charlotte: “Charlie Brown Christmas is a classic; there’s nothing graphic or inappropriate about it. It has good music and there is nothing better than Charlie Brown.” Margaret: “Year Without a Santa Clause has been my favorite since I was six years old. I’m not sure why but, I love it!”

Tim: “Charlie Brown Christmas is special because it’s a little bit sad like the holidays.” Tessie: “It’s a Wonderful Life. Very heartwarming and was always on TV when I was a kid.”

“A Christmas Story. We loved it as kids and we still watch it with our kids today. Our son loves the line ‘You’ll shoot your eye out.’ It’s special to the whole family.”

Jill and Gary Montgomery, Yardley, Pa

John: “Elf with Will Ferrell has been my favorite movie since the day it came out about seven years ago. It’s special because it brings humor to the Christmas holiday.” Avery: “Tim Allen’s, The Santa Clause. My family used to always watch Home Improvement 10 years or so ago, so it was a favorite.”
