Domenica Minnie Telese, 93, of Princeton, died December 24 at Merwick Nursing Home.
Born in Princeton, she was a lifelong resident.
She was the co-owner of Tiger News Service for many years and the voice of Joes Landscaping until the age of 93. Her leisure time was spent gardening, baking, sewing, crocheting, and making ceramics. As an active member of St. Pauls Church, she served as treasurer and secretary of the Altar and Rosary Society.
She was predeceased by her husband Frank; her parents, Candeloro and Francesca Romeo; and sisters Theresa, Kate, and Anna. She is survived by two daughters, Frances Barnock and Maryanne Telese-Lusmann; a son, Joseph; a brother, Demetro; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be today, December 30 at 10:30 a.m. at the Kimble Funeral Home, 1 Hamilton Avenue, Princeton. It will be followed by a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Pauls Church, 214 Nassau Street. Burial will be at Trinity All Saints Cemetery, Princeton.
