Sophie H. Desautelle, 93, of Robbinsville, died December 26 at Rose Hill Assisted Living of Robbinsville.
Born in Yonkers, N.Y., she was a resident of Penns Neck for 65 years where she was a member of Penns Neck Baptist Church. She was the co-owner along with her husband of VN Desautelle Florist in Penns Neck for over 30 years.
The daughter of the late Frank and Anna Melovoitz; wife of the late Verne Desautelle; and sister of the late John Melovoitz and Jacob Melovoitz; she is survived by two daughters, Shirley D. Minnick and Donna A. Reading; six grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
The funeral service was held on January 3 at The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Avenue, Princeton. Burial followed in Princeton Cemetery.
Herb Heimann, 80, or Ewing Township, died December 25.
Born in Werner, Germany, he survived Kristallnacht and emigrated to the U.S. in 1940. He was a Korean War veteran (military police). He was a bank financial and insurance advisor.
Father of the late David Heimann; he is survived by his wife, Carol; his son, Mark Heimann; two grandchildren; and his sisters, Julia Waixel, Hanna Adler, and Ruth Oppenheim.
Funeral services and burial were held on Wednesday, December 29 at Sharon Gardens, Valhalla, N.Y.

Marco Orsini, 53, of Princeton, died December 31 at the University Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Pittsburgh, Pa., he grew up in New Jersey and was a longtime resident of Princeton. A self employed builder, his interests included model trains, photography, and fishing.
Predeceased by his father, Louis Orsini; he is survived by his mother, Patricia Orsini of Raleigh, N.C.; his brothers, Ugo and Arno Orsini; and his sister, Erica Orsini Winstead.
Funeral services will be held at Noon on Wednesday, January 5 at the Kimble Funeral Home, One Hamilton Avenue, Princeton. Burial will follow at Rocky Hill Cemetery, Rocky Hill.
Visiting hours were on Tuesday, January 4, and will also be held Wednesday, January 5 from 11 a.m. to Noon.
