"I think that I have to wait and reserve judgment until they finish the whole process, which includes trying people, seeing who is guilty, and see how far up the chain it goes."

Why those higher-ups are saying they did not know about it until recently. So that¹s why I am disillusioned and feeling that again we are not getting straight information from the administration."
