WALLBANGERS: The Princeton High boys' soccer team exults after its 1-0 win over Wall last Friday in the Central Jersey Group III sectional final. The triumph was just the second Group III sectional title in the history of the program and extended the team's winning streak to 12. The Little Tigers' dream run ended last Monday, however, as they fell 1-0 to Ocean City in a Group III state semifinal clash to finish with a record of 15-6-1.

Town Topics Christmas Fund Announces 57th Appeal To Help Fellow Citizens

What began as a simple holiday charitable appeal by the founders of this fledgling newspaper in 1947 has continued unabated each year through the best of times and the worst of times. As the paper has grown in size, so too has the size of the fund and the number of those that we are able to help.

 

Borough Eyes New Parking System; Plan Includes Smart Cards, New Meters

Overnight parking for $1.50 and dual entrances on both Spring and Wiggins Streets are two changes anticipated with the new Park-and-Shop Garage currently under construction downtown. Details concerning parking in the garage, as well other parking plans were presented by Borough Administrator Robert Bruschi at a Borough Council meeting on Wednesday, November 12.

Snyder Discusses Construction at PHS

Almost a year behind schedule, groundbreaking for Princeton High School's $32.8 million construction project took place on Friday, November 14. Now that renovations and expansions are underway at all six schools in the district, a difficult time is beginning for students and faculty.
