“The first resident moved into a townhome on September 24,” says Ms. Bloodgood, “and many people have been looking. There’s a lot of interest, and we are getting reservations.”
All the townhomes will be ready for occupancy by November of this year. The first phase of the condominiums is expected to be finished by the end 2010, and completion of the entire community is planned for the end of 2012.
