Walsh-Thurlow. Jennifer Catherine Walsh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin E. Walsh of Princeton, to Matthew Adrian Thurlow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thurlow of Belville, N.C., formerly of Montgomery Township.
Ms. Walsh attended Princeton Day School, graduating in 1996. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and received a M.A. degree as an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from New York University. She is currently a Nurse Practitioner working in private practice in New York City.
Mr. Thurlow attended Montgomery High School, graduating in 1996. He graduated magna cum laude with honors from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Va., and holds M.A. degrees from the College of William and Mary and the University of Delaware’s Winterthur Program in Early American Culture. He is a research associate in the Department of American Decorative Arts at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and a coauthor of the museum’s catalogue for the upcoming exhibition on the early 19th century New York furniture maker Duncan Phyfe.
A June wedding is planned in Princeton.
Curry-Lyons. Stephanie Rose Curry, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Curry of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to Oliver Benton Lyons, son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Lyons of Princeton.
The prospective bride is a 2000 graduate of Deerfield Beach High School in Deerfield Beach, Fla., a New York City Teaching Fellow, and a candidate for a master’s degree in education at CUNY Queens College in New York City.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Princeton High School and a candidate for a master’s degree in forensic psychology at CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
A May 2010 wedding is planned in Princeton.
Curson-Guberman. Shelly Lynn Curson of Toledo, Ohio, daughter of Bonnie Lee Stine of Lambertville, Mich. and Ronald Dietrich Curson of Bird Lake, Mich., to Angus DuBose Guberman, son of Jennifer Lee Glidden Guberman of Princeton and Sidney Thomas Guberman of Atlanta, Ga. The wedding took place October 11 in Edinburgh, Scotland at St. Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral, with Fr. Dean Fostekew presiding.
The bride wore a Monique L’Huillier gown designed in Lausanne, Switzerland, where the groom was born.
The maid of honor was Lizabeth Ann Clark of New York City. Maxwell Morris Glidden Guberman, brother of the groom, was the best man.
The flowers for the wedding were designed by the bridegroom’s aunt, Elizabeth Glidden Boyle.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of The University of Toledo, where she studied sports marketing. The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of Princeton High School and a 1998 graduate of Rollins College, where he studied English.
The newlyweds live in Atlanta, where Mrs. Guberman is an event coordinator and Mr. Guberman is a waiter and filmmaker.
DiMeglio-Brener. Dena J. DiMeglio, daughter of Suzy and Anthony DiMeglio of Princeton, to Benjamin J. Brener, son of Linda and Andrew Brener of Columbia, South Carolina, on December 13, 2008. The ceremony was officiated by Monsignor Walter Nolan at St. Paul’s Church on Nassau Street. A reception followed at the Nassau Inn.
The bride and groom are both graduates of Princeton High School and Rutgers University. The bride is an account manager with Church & Dwight in Princeton. The groom is an analyst with Munich Re America of Princeton.
The couple honeymooned in Rivera May, Mexico. They reside in Kingston.
