"What are your views on the leaks and ongoing investigation in Washington?"
"I remind myself that people are innocent until proven guilty but I am very discouraged that this type of behavior would go on and it did seem so retaliatory. I'm glad that Libby has resigned."

"I've done quite a bit of reading about it and I think it ruined a person's career but it is not worthy of all this money they are spending for the grand jury investigation and indictment of Scooter Libby. As an independent, I think that the Democrats are making too much of a situation when they should be focusing on these natural disasters and the war in Iraq and other things that Bush has not done properly. Attacking the administration on this particular issue is a little too much. Focus on the big picture and not one person's career."

"I think that we should get to the bottom of any corruption in the government. People's privacy should be respected [including] people who work for the government. Valerie Plame was a public servant and her secrecy should have been respected. It was done in retaliation and government should be more honest."

"What a joke the federal government is. They can't react to natural disasters in time, they think anybody can get on-the-job training on the Supreme Court and the war goes on. It seems like our intelligence community is working for anyone else but our country. It is par for the course and I think that it is surprising that it took this long for something like this to blow over. With this administration it was bound to happen."
