Princeton Borough and Township have been awarded certification by Sustainable Jersey as a sustainable community, The community will be honored on November 15 at the Sustainable Jersey awards luncheon held during the New Jersey League of Municipalities conference in Atlantic City. We are thrilled to be recognized as a sustainable community by Sustainable Jersey, said Township Mayor Chad Goerner. This award recognizes the good work of individuals in the municipalities as well as in our schools, businesses and homes, added Borough Mayor Mildred Trotman. The Sunday, November 6 Forum on Job Creation featuring Paul Krugman and cosponsored by the Coalition for Peace Action, has been moved to a new location, the Nassau Presbyterian Church, 61 Nassau Street. The panel, which begins at 2 p.m., is free. Parking is not allowed in the small lot next to the church, and no food or drink is allowed in the church sanctuary.
