NEW LOOK: This is a great new location for us. The showroom offers a wonderful space to display all the products, and its easier for customers to find us. Sales and advertising associate Kevin Johnson (left) and sales associate Dominic Visco of H & H Appliance Center are very happy with the companys new home. |
Not so long ago in the annals of time, refrigerators were called ice boxes, electric dishwashers were unheard of, and clothes dryers were not even a dot on the horizon.
How things have changed! Today, the style, range, and scope of appliances is amazing microwaves that crisp and broil, convection ovens that bake steaming muffins in a flash, warming drawers that maintain moisture and temperature for hours, and gas grills that are the ultimate of outdoor cooking and entertaining.
TREASURE TROVE: I consider Jordans a stationery/gift shop. We have a huge selection of different items, says Lewis Wildman, owner of Jordans in the Princeton Shopping Center. We keep trying to find items and categories that will sell at reasonable prices. We are always striving to have the right product at the right price for our customers. |
It really is a treasure trove. Do you need a texting dictionary? A room diffuser? Voodoo doll key ring? Recordable door plaque? Mouse pad/rug? Not to mention a card for every occasion or no occasion invitations, gift wrap and bags, ribbon, paper party goods of all kinds the list goes on and on.
Most likely, if you need it, Jordans has it. And that has been the case since 1981, when Lewis Wildman opened the store with his father, who had started his own retail business in 1951 with a series of card and gift shops.
