AT THE HALLOWEEN PARADE: The Arts Council of Princeton’s Halloween parade happened one lucky day ahead of the freak snow that hit Princeton the following afternoon. The pirate (Finn Neunier), on left, and the Little Mermaid (Clara Burton) met up as the parade formed on Palmer Square. The effects of the weather apparently slowed down the trick or treat traffic on October 31.
