PLEASING THE PALATE: "Our customers like the food, but also the atmosphere and whole environment. We make people feel very comfortable and welcome." The team at Hannah & Mason's restaurant includes, from left, back row: Jon Hong, John Posner (owner), Brian Kelly (owner), Nick Meisberger; front row: Bryan Jones, Chris Posner (owner/chef), and Nicole Stanke. |
Dining out should be a pleasure and something special, believes Chris Posner. As chef and one of the three owners of Hannah & Mason's restaurant at 39 North Main Street in Cranbury, he works hard to ensure that customers have a memorable dining experience.

BEST-DRESSED: "We have a lot of natural fabrics, including wool and cotton. All our suits are wool, and our ties are silk." Nick and Jennifer Hilton, owners of Nick Hilton Studio, stand beside an ensemble display, featuring a handsome shearling vest, tattersall shirt, red silk tartan tie, and gray wool whip cord trousers. |
The Nick Hilton Studio at 221 Witherspoon Street is fast becoming a mainstay for men in Princeton. Opened in October 2001, the custom design studio store has recently doubled its space.
