The public is invited to stop by Princeton Battlefield State Park, on Sunday, May 2, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. when 18th century artillerymen from Mott’s Company of the 2nd Continental Artillery, a New Jersey reenactment unit, will go through their spring training in the handling of Revolutionary War cannon and flintlock muskets. The Thomas Clarke House and Revolutionary War exhibits will also be open for touring. Admission is free.

Yes We CAN! Food Drives is returning to the West Windsor Farmers’ Market beginning Saturday, May 1, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and every other Saturday until the end of October. Volunteers will ask market shoppers to donate fresh produce to restock the food pantries operated by the Crisis Ministry in Trenton and Princeton. The open-air Farmers’ Market is located on Vaughan Drive off Alexander Road in West Windsor. On Sunday, May 2, from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Yes We CAN! Food Drives will also be asking shoppers at the Ewing ShopRite to purchase an extra item of food and then donate it to the pantries. Anyone can become a Yes We CAN! volunteer by signing up at www.yeswecanfooddrives.org.

The Princeton Borough Traffic and Transportation Committee is conducting an anonymous survey to assess the traffic conditions, public transportation, and commuting conditions of Princeton Borough and Township. The purpose of the study is to collect information and data on commuting, perceived traffic and transportation conditions, and public transportation gaps. The goal is to improve commuting and transportation options for Princeton’s residents, as well as an improved environment for pedestrians, bicyclists, and residents in general.
