Weddings and Engagements


Weddings


David Milford and Katharine Jolley

Jolley-Milford. Katharine Arden Jolley, daughter of Dr. Michael and Wendy Jolley of Princeton, to David Vincent Milford, son of Jerry and Cherie Milford, of Marion, Ind., and Claire Milford, of Indianapolis. The October 2 ceremony took place at the Princeton University Chapel. The Reverend Sue Ann Steffey Morrow and Father Patrick Connor officiated.

The bride is a 1997 graduate of Princeton High School, and received her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University. She earned an MBA from Rutgers University, and currently works as a finance manager at NBC in New York City.

Mr. Milford is a graduate of Marion High School and Florida State University, and received an MS from the University of Notre Dame. He is presently employed as a senior financial analyst at Johnson & Johnson, DePuy division, in New Brunswick.

After a honeymoon in Belize, the couple now resides in Jersey City.

Engagements


Richard Volz Jr. and Alexis Kelso

Kelso-Volz. Alexis L. Kelso, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas F. Kelso of New Brunswick, to Richard S. Volz Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard S. Volz Sr. of Ewing.

Mr. Volz received a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from The College of New Jersey. He is Chair of the English department at The Hun School of Princeton.

Ms. Kelso graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She currently teaches first grade at Woodrow Wilson Elementary School in New Brunswick.

The couple will be married at The Princeton University Chapel in June of 2011.
