MAKING A TOAST: Perhaps the best thing since sliced bread, these whimsical ceramic plates are for purchase as part of Sauce for the Goose, the annual holiday arts and crafts sale at the Arts Council of Princeton that benefits the organization as well as area artists. The shows opening reception is Friday, December 3 from 4 to 7 p.m., and it will be on view until December 21. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. |
Having begun 17 years ago as a small sale of student artwork, Sauce for the Goose, sponsored by the Arts Council of Princeton (ACP), has become a full-fledged holiday bazaar offering unique pieces of art in various media made by more than 30 area artists. The show and sale will be held in the Paul Robeson Centers Taplin Gallery and will kick off with an opening reception from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, December 3.
